Had to delay matress delivery because Bob's said they couldn't "guarantee" that their deliverer would be willing to position an already-delivered mattress onto the frame. (eyeroll).     Storage bed with drawers

    This is so frustrating, can’t even put the bed / room together as the drawers do not close flush! Have to wait another 12 days to have a service call to see if it’s fixable, not okay! They should have just sent a replacement right away, that’s what any good customer relations would have done…

    Perfect Queen

    I am extremely pleased with my new bed frame. I thought that I would never have a bedframe that actually fit my queen mattress set without having a significant gap and the top and bottom of the frame. I am in love with my PERFECT QUEEN!
