Bob’s Discount Furniture is proud to be recognized for the fifth consecutive year as one of the Top Companies for Women to Work in Trucking by Redefining the Road, the official magazine of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT).

The annual recognition celebrates companies committed to creating workplaces where women can succeed and advance their careers in transportation. Honorees are selected based on factors including workplace culture, competitive compensation and benefits, professional development, career advancement opportunities, and industry voting.

At Bob’s, our transportation and logistics teams play an essential role in delivering our promise to customers every day. From our distribution centers to our growing fleet of drivers, we are committed to creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to grow.

“Being recognized for five consecutive years is a testament to our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to succeed,” said Pete Sorrentino, Senior Vice President, Distribution & Logistics at Bob’s Discount Furniture. “We’re especially proud of the talented women across our transportation and logistics teams who play such an important role in our success. Their dedication and contributions help keep Bob’s moving forward every day.”
