    Bent frame

    Frame was delivered bent. Has been rescheduled twice for re delivery. Bob's called to cancel and rescheduled both times. Very inconvenient for us. It was rescheduled for the third time and I just canceled the order and requested a refund. This is ridiculous! Its a bed frame.
