Once your pickup appointment has been scheduled, please use the information below to ensure a successful pickup from our distribution center. 

What you need to bring:

You need to have a vehicle capable of safely transporting your furniture. Please bring:

• Valid ID
• Sales order
• Vehicle packing material
• Padding and rope.

Where to go for your pickup:

1. When you arrive, look for the pickup area near the front left part of the facility. Above our front door, there is a sign that says Customer Pickup.
2. There is a designated customer parking section located in front of the Customer Pickup area.
3. Once you enter the building, proceed to the counter for further assistance.

Loading assistance:

Our warehouse personnel will assist you in loading your vehicle, but you are responsible for securing the merchandise to your vehicle.

Assembly required:

Since items will be in factory packaging, some merchandise will require assembly.
