Once your pickup appointment has been scheduled, please use the information below to ensure a successful pickup from our distribution center. 

What you need to bring:

You need to have a vehicle capable of safely transporting your furniture. Please bring:

• Valid ID
• Sales order
• Vehicle packing material
• Padding and rope.

Where to go for your pickup:

1. When you arrive at the distribution center come through the customer entrance.
2. Look for the pickup area (painted dark gray) and pull into one Customer Pickup parking spots.
3. Once you’ve parked, please enter through the customer pickup & visitor office with your ID.
4. Once you enter the building, proceed to the counter for further assistance.

Loading assistance:

Our warehouse personnel will assist you in loading your vehicle, but you are responsible for securing the merchandise to your vehicle.

Assembly required:

Since items will be in factory packaging, some merchandise will require assembly.
