Once your pickup appointment has been scheduled, please use the information below to ensure a successful pickup from our distribution center. 

What you need to bring:

You need to have a vehicle capable of safely transporting your furniture. Please bring:

• Valid ID
• Sales order
• Vehicle packing material
• Padding and rope.

Where to go for your pickup:

1.  When you arrive at the distribution center, be sure to enter the driveway on the left side of the building and pull up to the front of the building, and park in the designated spots for customer pickup. (White outlined parking spaces along the grass.)
2. Enter through the double glass doors under the customer pickup building sign.
3. Once you enter the building, proceed to the counter. 

Loading assistance:

Our warehouse personnel will assist you in loading your vehicle, but you are responsible for securing the merchandise to your vehicle.

Assembly required:

Since items will be in factory packaging, some merchandise will require assembly.
