I loved the buying process, the scheduling process and I LOVE MY NEW BED! I wasn't happy with the delivery process. However, that did not tamper down in ANY way my excitement. I have loved my purchases from Bob in the past and, based upon this purchase, that will continue.

I am satisfied with my purchase but I noticed a small scratch in the top of my new dresser. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning it because I needed the furniture anyway and was limited in my bedroom space. I’ll still probably buy from Bob’s again in the future.
