Heroes at Home (“Program”) is offered by Bob’s Discount Furniture, LLC (“Bob’s”) and Joe Gibbs Racing (“JGR”). By making a nomination, you agree to abide by these terms (“Program Terms”) and decisions of Bob’s, JGR and its designees, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Program.
Program: Bob’s and JGR’s “Heroes at Home” series will recognize 11 individuals nominated by Joe Gibbs Racing and Denny Hamlin fans from now until the end of NASCAR season who embody the true spirit of courage, kindness, and integrity—not through grand gestures, but through the way they live and work each day. These individuals consistently demonstrate the qualities of a hero in their professions and in their communities, whether by going above and beyond to help others, acting with unwavering compassion, or making a meaningful impact where it’s needed most. They remind us that heroism isn’t reserved for extraordinary moments—it’s built from everyday actions that change lives. JGR and Bob’s will post a Heroes at Home recognition on their Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok accounts (“Nominee”) twice a week. Additionally, a recap of all heroes will be recognized on LinkedIn accounts.
Who Can Submit a Nomination: Nominations can be made by and for persons who are legal U.S. residents residing in the continental U.S., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of nomination. You must have permission from the individual you are nominating.
How to Nominate A Hero: Visit https://www.mybobs.com/partners/jgr-racing and follow the directions provided to complete the nomination form, telling us about someone who embodies the true spirit of courage, kindness, and integrity—not through grand gestures, but through the way they live and work each day. This individual consistently demonstrates the qualities of a hero in their profession and in their communities, whether by going above and beyond to help others, acting with unwavering compassion, or making a meaningful impact where it’s needed most. Reminding us that heroism isn’t reserved for extraordinary moments—it’s built from everyday actions that change lives (“Nomination”). Nomination must be true, verifiable and reflect your actual beliefs.
Making a Nomination as part of this Program does not guarantee that your Nomination (or any Nomination) will be considered. All Nominations (if any) will be selected by Bob’s, in their sole and absolute discretion. Bob’s make no guarantee that any Nomination submitted for consideration as part of this Program will be ultimately selected for the Heroes at Home series. Bob’s do not guarantee that any Nomination initially selected for use in the Heroes at Home series will ultimately appear as part of the series. This Program may not be the only method by which Bob’s will seek participants for the Heroes at Home series.
Nomination must be your own original work product and reflect your true beliefs and experiences about the Nominee. If selected, the individual nominated will be asked verify the information contained in the Nomination form for accuracy and manually approve its content before being shared. Additionally the Nominee will need to submit a photo.
Nominations that are deemed inappropriate or not in keeping with Bob’s and/or JGR’s image will not be considered, as determined by Bob’s and JGR, in their sole discretion.
All Nominations must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 12, 2025. Nominations generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the submission process are void.
Grant of Rights: By making a Nomination, you agree and hereby grant (and will cause Nominee to agree and grant) to Bob’s, JGR’s and their respective designees, successors, licensees and assigns an unlimited, perpetual, irrevocable, assignable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, edit, alter, broadcast, stream, post, combine with other materials, exploit and otherwise use the Nomination, and all elements embodied therein, in whole or in part, along with your name, the Nominee’s name. biographical information, image, photo and/or other likeness. in any manner and in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, for commercial purposes and in the Heroes at Home Series, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, participant or any third party. Released Parties (as defined below) do not guarantee use of any Nomination.
Notification: If Bob’s select your Nomination, then we will email the Nominee via the email address included as part of your Nomination. The Nominee will be required to verify the information that you provided, sign a publicity release and provide a photo. To the extent necessary and as permitted by law, if you or the Nominee do not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated in the email notification, do not return all required documentation within the time period stated, or if you or the Nominee are not in compliance with these Program Terms or, the information provided in the Nomination is inaccurate, as solely determined by Bob’s, the Nomination and Nominee will be eliminated from consideration.
Use of Data: Bob’s and JGR will be collecting personal data about you via your Nomination Form in accordance with their respective privacy policies. General Conditions: By completing a Nomination, you agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Bob’s and JGR, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the Program. In addition, by submitting a Nomination you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bob’s, JGR, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to any third-party claim that the Nomination, or any materials or information submitted, infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of a third party.
Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled Nominations, emails, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Program, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Program, and the processing of Nominations, or in any Program-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the nomination process. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Nomination process or downloading materials from or use of any website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the nomination process, any website or social platform, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Program Terms, as solely determined by Bob’s and JGR, will be disqualified. Bob’s and/or JGR reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BOB’S AND JGR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
