I truly care what goes into making all of my furniture and that’s why every product that contains CertiPUR-US® foam has been tested and certified by independent laboratories. These products include all of my mattresses and most upholstery items. You can rest assured knowing that the foam has been put through a series of tests to ensure content, indoor emissions and durability meet the strict standards of the CertiPUR-US® program. CertiPUR-US® certified foams have low emission (VOCs) for indoor quality; are made without prohibited phthalates; ozone depleters (no CFCs); mercury, lead or heavy metals; formaldehyde and without PBDE flame retardants and have been tested for durability and performance.
If your new mattress is shipped via BOBtastic Delivery Experience, the team will remove your old mattress and foundation! Old mattresses/foundations must be in safe and sanitary condition. This service is not available for mattresses/foundations that ship via FedEx or BOBtastic Drop Off.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Honesty is the best policy. Which is why I aim to make our Cancellations, Returns and Refunds as straightforward as possible. You may cancel your order for a full refund up until the point of pickup or delivery. Once you receive your furniture, it cannot be returned, barring a few exceptions:
FedEx Deliveries
Merchandise that was delivered via FedEx may be returned within 3 days, minus the cost of return shipping.
Rugs
Rugs may be returned for a full refund within 3 days of purchase minus the cost of return shipping.
Mattresses
We want you to be thrilled with the comfort of your new mattress! If you’re not happy after you’ve slept on it for 30 days then give me a shout… You may arrange for a one time re-selection of the mattress only within 90 days of the original receipt date. We will charge or credit you for any difference in cost between the original and the re-selected mattress and you will be responsible for the delivery cost to exchange the mattresses. You may return your mattress or mattress set within 90 days of the original receipt date and we will refund the purchase price minus the original delivery fee. Mismatched bedding sets purchased from the Outlet must be accepted as a set at the time of delivery. Once your mismatched bedding is accepted, all sales are final. No exchange, return, service or refund is allowed on mismatched bedding purchased from the Outlet.
