Every quarter I recognize employees who truly embrace our core values and go above and beyond their job duties to help enrich the lives of others.

Judy is a Sales Associate at my Salem, NH location. For more than five years, Judy has gone above and beyond by making a cake for every associate in the store on their birthday. She even takes notes of their favorite flavors in order to personalize the cakes. When Judy had to take a leave of absence, she prepared cakes in advance and left them in the store freezer. She also hand-delivered some cakes while out on leave.


Aida is an Office Associate at my Union, NJ location. When disaster struck Guatemala recently due to volcanos, Aida took charge by gathering donations of food, goods, and money to help those suffering abroad. She even volunteered her own time to make sure the donations were dropped off at a local collection site.


Dana is the Store Manager at my Harrisburg, PA location. Dana has consistently helped to get her store involved with charitable organizations, such as the Ronald McDonald House. She even cooks for them at special events! That’s not all—Dana also runs a blood drive at the store every year, gets involved in local activities such as Habitat for Humanity, and even helps the local high school with their fundraising efforts.


Ginny and Elizabeth are Office Associates at my Seabrook, NH location. What started as a simple donation of a hat to a person in need has now blossomed into a regular collection of warm clothing and goods. Ginny and Elizabeth have donated dozens of items to a local church. Their efforts have inspired the staff at the Seabrook store to join this thoughtful cause.
