The whole process from purchase to delivery was amazing! The only negative we had was I had to call about delivery time instead of them calling me like I was told. Other than that the delivery updates, process of set up and trash take away, and the couch itself, are amazing!!! We love it so much!

I have the couch for about a week now and I can't be more please with it. It's extremelly comfortable and spacious. I joke when you lay on it it feel like you are getting a hug because it's super soft.
