Extended Delivery FAQs

Great news! We now offer in-home BOBtastic Delivery Experience to the greater Tampa and Orlando areas as part of our Extended Delivery program.

What is Extended Delivery?

My Extended Delivery program allows us to offer in-home deliveries, via our BOBtastic Delivery Experience. My entire catalog of products is available to states where we don't currently have stores. How great is that?! We're kicking off the program with Florida and will add states as we go.

Please note that my Cancellations, Returns, and Refund policy differs for Extended Delivery orders. See details.

Extended Region in-home deliveries will first be available to the greater Tampa and Orlando areas. After that, we will expand to other cities in Florida and additional states. Remember to browse our catalog with your correct shipping zip code entered, to ensure you see the most accurate list of products available to you as the program grows. And we will be expanding the program as fast as you can say BOBtastic! Even if you don't live in area that is currently eligible for Extended Delivery, you can still enjoy Nationwide Shipping on all products that ship via FedEx!

We currently offer Nationwide Shipping only on products that ship via FedEx. This is available to most zip codes in the contiguous 48 United States. Learn more about Nationwide Shipping here. The Extended Delivery program provides in-home BOBtastic Delivery Experience options of my entire catalog of products. Extended Region in-home deliveries will first be available to the greater Tampa and Orlando areas. After that, we will expand to other cities in Florida and additional states.

The online shopping experience is exactly the same whether you live in an Extended Delivery area or near one of my stores. After your purchase is complete, one of my Extended Delivery partners will contact you within 1 to 2 weeks to schedule delivery. Shipping times for Extended Delivery factor in additional travel time from our distribution centers to your home and are typically delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. If you live near one of my stores but have a second home in my Extended Delivery area, you can also place Extended Delivery orders at any of my stores.

Services included:

  • Delivery to the room of your choice. A signature from someone 18 years or older will be required.
  • We’ll professionally unpack and assemble your new furniture and put it exactly where you want it.
  • We’ll thoroughly clean and look over your new furniture.
  • We’ll remove all packaging materials and put them back on the truck for recycling & disposal. If we’re delivering a new mattress or foundation, we’ll haul away your old mattress or foundation (as long as it’s safe & sanitary to do so).

Delivery right inside the front door of your home. Unpacking and assembly required.

Services included:

  • We’ll bring your delivery inside the front door of your home.
  • Since items will be in factory packaging, some merchandise will require assembly.
  • A signature from someone 18 years or older will be required on the delivery receipt.
  • You’ll need to open the merchandise, bring it to your room of choice, assemble it and discard all packing materials.
  • You must notify our Customer Care agents about any concealed damage by calling 860-474-1000 or 800-569-1284 within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

My goal is to provide the best service possible for all of my products. If you haven't received quality service or have an issue with your furniture, I want to hear from you! Please read below for my full policy on cancellations, returns and refunds.

It's the Bob's Way to be open, honest and clear! So here's our simple refund and return policy.You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time up until you take possession of your furniture. Once you receive your furniture it cannot be returned with a few exceptions...

Extended Deliveries

    My Cancellations, Returns and Refunds policy differs for Extended Delivery orders. If your order is being delivered to Florida, please see below for more information.

FedEx Deliveries

    Merchandise that was delivered via FedEx may be returned within 3 days minus the cost of return shipping.

Accessory Items

    Accessories may be returned for a full refund within 3 days of receipt provided they are in like-new condition. Accessories include but are not limited to: rugs, lamps, bed protectors, pillows and pillow protectors.

Mattresses

    I want you to be thrilled with the comfort of your new mattress! If you're not happy after you've slept on it for 30 days then give me a shout... You may arrange for a one time re-selection of the mattress only within 90 days of the original receipt date. We will charge or credit you for any difference in cost between the original and the re-selected mattress and you will be responsible for the delivery cost to exchange the mattresses. Foundations and adjustable bases are non-refundable, non-returnable, or exchangeable. You may return your mattress within 90 days of the original receipt date and we will refund the purchase price minus the original delivery fee.Mismatched bedding sets purchased from the Outlet must be accepted as a set at the time of delivery. Once your mismatched bedding is accepted, all sales are final. No exchange, return, service or refund is allowed on mismatched bedding purchased from the Outlet.

For any refund, except as otherwise noted, we will credit the same credit card account on which you charged the original transaction, or we will mail you a refund check from our Home Office within sixteen (16) days if you made your payment by cash, check, traveler’s check, or money order. We can only issue checks to the person(s) listed as the sold to party on the original sales order.

Other Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, but pickup locations may not be convenient for customers in my Extended Delivery area. But, if you are up for a road trip, BOBtastic pickup is available at select stores and pickup locations. Here's what you need to know about BOBtastic Pickup:

  • Pickup at select stores and locations after your merchandise is transferred from the warehouse (typically within 3 to 9 days).
  • Faster pickup is available from warehouses in San Bernadino, CA; Taftville, CT and Shorewood, IL.
  • Unpacking and assembly required.
  • You need to have a vehicle capable of safely transporting your furniture. Please bring an ID, sales order, vehicle packing material, padding and rope.
  • My warehouse personnel will assist you in loading your vehicle. You are responsible for securing the merchandise to your vehicle.
  • Direct Ship items do not qualify for pickup.
  • Find your nearest pickup location here.

Unfortunately our delivery teams cannot remove old furniture. We recommend that you call your city or town to determine the best method of disposal, or search out a local charity that may be able to pick up your furniture and benefit from its reuse.


We do remove old mattresses and foundations with the purchase of a new mattress and/or foundation if your new mattress is shipped via BOBtastic White Glove Delivery. Old mattresses and foundations must be in safe and sanitary condition. This service is not available for mattresses and foundations that ship via FedEx or BOBtastic Threshold Delivery.

Mattresses shipped via FedEx or BOBtastic Threshold Delivery do not qualify for mattress setup. Setting up your new mattress is fun and easy. First, remove the compressed mattress from the box. Next, place the mattress on its intended foundation or platform and remove the outer wrapping. Unroll your mattress and remove the protective covering.
