Bob's Discount Furniture / New England Patriots™ contest rules and regulations:

No purchase necessary. Purchase will not improve chances of winning. Anyone over the age of 18 and a legal resident of the 50 United States & District of Columbia are eligible to participate. You may sign up at any participating Bob's Discount Furniture Store. Promotion begins at 10 am Eastern Standard time on 10/06/08 and ends at 1:30 pm Eastern Standard time on 11/08/08. Limit one entry per person and household. People under eighteen years of age and people who are employed, affiliated or related to any Bob's Discount Furniture or New England Patriots™ employee are ineligible to enter the contest and/or win any of the prizes. No substitution will be allowed in prizes and prizes may not be redeemed for cash or other consideration. The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and/or receipt or prove otherwise eligibility at the time of delivery. The winner may be required to appear in television, radio or print advertisements for Bob's Discount Furniture. Any taxes applicable to the winner shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Prizes: "Home Game Party" = 2 winners per store, each winner receives 2 tickets. "Home Game Party" includes entry to Bob's Discount Furniture Pre-game Tailgate Party in The Dana-Farber Fieldhouse at Gillette Stadium and same day admission to the New England Patriots™ football game. Food and Beverage included. Prize package value approximately $475.00. The odds of winning a prize are determined by the number of entries received.

Entry procedures: Entrants need not be present to win. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Entry form must be filled out in a participating Bob's Discount Furniture store. Winners will be selected at each participating store on 11/08/08.

Additional separate drawings will be held on 10/11/08 at 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm and 10/13/08 at 6:00 pm at the Bellingham, MA and Dedham, MA locations. 3 winners per store, each winner receives 2 tickets.

By accepting a prize, recipient agrees that the sponsor and Promotion Parties, participating retailer, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, and The New England Patriotsâ„¢ and all of it's affiliates will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the contest.
