How Your Dollars Are Used
Charitable giving and community aid has always been an important element of our company culture here at Bob’s Discount Furniture. Each month, the Charitable Foundation provides aid and donations to hundreds of organizations and individuals, with close to 1 million dollars in gift certificates and monetary donations distributed each year to social service agencies, charities, group homes and community fundraisers, children’s charities, schools and community service groups. Among the many charities supported by Bob’s Discounted Furniture are American Red Cross, Nutmeg Big Brothers Big Sisters, American Cancer Society, Family & Children’s Aid, Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, March of Dimes, and the Salvation Army.
