Winter Deliveries: If you are expecting a delivery or service this winter season, it is important that your driveways, walkways, sidewalks and stairs/steps are free of snow and/or ice. If our teams are not able to safely access your home, we may have to reschedule your service or delivery for another day. We route your delivery using a state of the art computer system which helps ensure that your delivery will arrive when it is scheduled, but traffic conditions, delivery delays and inclement weather can affect the arrival time of your delivery. Please understand that our time window is not a guarantee. The delivery tracker provides an updated time of arrival. You can expect to see the displayed arrival time change periodically, as it will continually update with the most accurate time available, based on GPS technology identifying the position of the delivery truck and re-calculating arrival time, based on it's progress. Technical issues may occur outside of our control that may alter the accurate projected arrival time. Please be prepared to be home all day to accept your delivery.
