A Bob's representative will call within 24 hours of placing the order to schedule Bob's Delivery Service, arrange a Pick-Up date or give UPS delivery information.

• We unpack, set up and assemble your new furniture!
• We remove all trash and packing materials!
• We even remove your old mattress and foundation with delivery of any new mattress!

You get to call Customer Care before the Delivery Team departs, so you can sign off on your delivery!

While our goal is to serve you beyond your expectations, if there is a problem with your delivery, you can report it before the Delivery Team leaves. If you'd prefer to Pick Up your purchase, no worries! We have Pick Up Locations in CT, MD, NJ and NH for your convenience!
